SWForum DECODER campaign

The campaign invites researchers, developers and testers to try two DECODER open source software tools - JMLgen and Doc2Json - and get rewarded for their efforts.
SWForum.eu works to enhance the visibility and increase the competitiveness of research and innovation in several fields including software technologies, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and standards, especially European funded Research and Innovation Action (RIA) projects. Moreover, the project aims to introduce best practices and technology transfer opportunities to cross-synergise European excellence.

Open Research Webinar

Open Research Webinars is a new webinar series launched by OW2 and the Eclipse Foundation in December 2020. The aim is to introduce european software research projects that help shape the future of open source software and the IT industry. The webinars will focus on international partners leveraging open source in European publicly-funded collaborative research and innovation programs.

  • Virgile Prevosto (CEA List) presents the H2020 DECODER Project March 4 at 16:15 CET. 
  • Antonio Kung (Trialog) and Yod Samuel Martín (UPM) present the H2020 PDP4E project at 16:35 CET.

Fosdem 2021 : DECODER is showcased on OW2 virtual booth

The DECODER project team is participating in FOSDEM 2021, an online-only edition this year. OW2 Management Office team members and project members remain available throughout the weekend to answer questions from connected decision makers, IT professionals and open source developers.

  • The OW2 virtual booth received around 20 attendees during this FOSDEM edition, mainly software developers.

During this System and Software Engineering Workshop organised by Systematic Paris Area, Virgile Prevosto (CEA, List) presents DECODER as an intelligent software platform that mixes semi-formal and formal approaches to help developers deliver quality software.

Created in 2005, Systematic, the European Deep Tech Cluster, has brought together and animated a community of nearly 900 members, including nearly 600 start-ups, SMEs and medium-sized enterprises, 140 large groups, 140 academics, a college of investors and a college of about twenty local authorities.

RCIS 2020

The 14th International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Science is turning to a virtual-only event, due to the Covid-19 outbreak. It aims to bring together scientists, researchers, engineers and practitioners from a wide range of information science fields. And it provides multiple opportunities for knowledge sharing and dissemination during four days. 

This year, the RCIS 2020 organizing committee fostered submissions aligned with Information Science in the Days of Artificial Intelligence.

In this context, the DECODER project participates with a new horizontal poster, designed for screen displays by OW2, along with this unprecedented explainer video by Tanja Vos (UPV).

OW2con'20 goes online with one day of online presentations on June 17 and 1/2 day of break-out sessions on June 18. 

The DECODER project is presented by Virgile Prevosto, CEA Researcher and DECODER Project Technical Leader. Check out the OW2con'20 conference program for more information about the talks and sessions organized this year.

Well after the COVID-19 lockdown, a face-to-face OW2 Community Day with keynotes, round tables, awards and multiple networking opportunities will take place in Paris Châtillon, at Orange Labs, November the 3rd, 2020.
